Grievance Redressal Mechanism

1. Filing a Complaint

Upon receiving a complaint, we will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours. The acknowledgment will include a reference number for tracking purposes.

3. Investigation

Our team will thoroughly investigate the complaint, gather necessary information, and evaluate the issue. We aim to resolve complaints within 7 working days. If additional time is required, we will inform the client and provide a timeline for resolution.

4. Resolution

Once the investigation is complete, we will provide a detailed response to the client. If the complaint is upheld, we will take appropriate corrective measures to resolve the issue and prevent future occurrences.

5. Escalation

If the client is not satisfied with the resolution, they can escalate the matter to higher authorities within the company. Clients can contact the Grievance Redressal Officer at grievance@tradeopulence.com. The escalation process will be handled with priority, and a final resolution will be provided within 10 working days.

6. Continuous Improvement

We value client feedback and continuously strive to improve our services. All grievances and their resolutions are documented and reviewed regularly to enhance our customer service standards.
